Delivery Conditions

Your orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after your credit card POS approval is received, depending on the order density. If your order will be delivered via a cargo company, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 2-7 days, depending on the distance of the delivery address to Manisa.

In case of any problems caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. No deliveries are made on holidays and public holidays.

You will be notified of the products you have purchased with a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have selected are not in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you regarding the issue and you will be notified of the date the product will be in stock.

www.olivias.com.tr is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time. In rare cases, the consumer may buy the same product and the product is out of stock;

If the product you have paid for online is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer within these dates, the payment made will be refunded to the consumer.
